From the Massachusetts Turnpike (West or East):
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike until you reach the exit for Route 128/Interstate 95. After the toll, take the on-ramp to Route 128 North/I-95 North. Continue to Exit 27A (Totten Pond Road, Waltham). At the end of the off-ramp, take a sharp right to reverse your direction (do not go through the lights). Take your second left onto Prospect Hill Lane. Prospect Hill Lane becomes Fifth Avenue. VISTAGY is the second building on your left, #200. Enter at the ground level and proceed to the VISTAGY lobby on the fifth floor.
From Logan Airport:
Use the Ted Williams Tunnel which will bring you directly to the westbound Massachusetts Turnpike. Take the Massachusetts Turnpike West until you reach the second toll which will be the exit for Route 128/Interstate 95. Stay right as you approach the toll.

From Downtown Boston:
Take the Massachusetts Turnpike West.

From Route 128/Interstate 95 North:

Take Exit 27A (Totten Pond Road/Wyman Street) off of Route 128/Interstate 95 South. At the end of the off-ramp, go up the hill and continue straight through the first stoplight. Take a right at the second light (it is only about 50 yards beyond the first one). Take your second left onto Prospect Hill Lane. Prospect Hill Lane becomes Fifth Avenue. VISTAGY is the second building on your left, #200. Enter at the ground level and proceed to the VISTAGY lobby on the fifth floor.
Via MBTA:
Take the Red Line subway to the Central Square Cambridge stop. Take the 70A bus to North Waltham. The 70A leaves approximately once every 40 minutes (see schedule below). Get off at the intersection of Totten Pond Road and Wyman Street.

Returning to Boston Via MBTA:
Take the 70A bus on Totten Pond Road, located at the corner of Wyman Street across from the Shell Gas Station. Take 70A to Central Square Cambridge where you can catch the Red Line subway to your desired destination in Boston.
