Casey Kralik works in the Machine Control Engineering Department at Alliant Techsystems (ATK) in Clearfield, UT. He began his career at The Boeing Company and since then, he has worked for many of the premier aerospace companies, including Sikorsky Aircraft. Mr. Kralik has more than 14 years of experience with composites and has developed considerable expertise related to product design for automated deposition.
Olivier Guillermin, PhD

Dr. Olivier Guillermin has held several positions at VISTAGY, including product manager and director of business development. Earlier in his career, he led the Structural Analysis Group at ADINA R&D. He was a visiting scientist at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the Mechanical Engineering Department and spent six years as a research engineer and project manager at the National Research Center for Marine and Submarine Technologies in France. Dr. Guillermin's efforts are currently focused on optimizing design and manufacturing processes for automated fiber placement and tape laying.
Kurt Politowicz

Kurt Politowicz is a senior technical consultant at VISTAGY, Inc. Prior to joining the company, he worked for the Department of the Navy managing the repair of aircraft electromechanical components, automated test equipment and avionics systems. Mr. Politowicz holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. In his current role, he works closely with customers to establish efficient product development processes and ensure the successful deployment of VISTAGY products.
