VISTAGY Announces New Headquarters

Move will accommodate expected business growth and enable further expansion

WALTHAM, Mass., USA, December 7, 2004—VISTAGY, Inc., creators of specialized engineering software for product design and manufacture, today announced that they are moving to new headquarters on December 20, 2004. Located about half a mile from the company’s present home, the new space will enable VISTAGY to provide additional services and facilities to its customers and to continue its steady expansion, which included 45 percent revenue growth in 2003.

“Because of the longstanding success of our FiberSIM® software, and the recent success of our new EnCapta® product line, VISTAGY has expanded its markets, its operations, and its facilities,” says Steven C. Luby, president and CEO of VISTAGY. “We foresee continued growth and a bright future.” VISTAGY is presently hiring additional software engineers, technical consultants, and applications engineers.

The new headquarters, with 23,771 square feet of space, more than doubles the size of the company’s former offices. New facilities include a state-of-the-art training facility and expanded conferencing capabilities, as well as larger and more comprehensive R&D and software testing areas.

To complete the multiyear lease of the property, VISTAGY used the services of the global real estate advisory firm The Staubach Company (Boston, Mass.), and Meredith & Grew, Incorporated (Boston, Mass.) represented the building owner. The building is managed by Spaulding and Slye Colliers (Boston, Mass.). Design-Science Inc. (Concord, Mass.) created the interior architectural design, and Chapman Construction/Design, Inc. (Newton, Mass.) completed the build-out.
