The Vistagy Quality Planning Environment™ (QPE) is an industry-specific software solution that enables quality planning engineers to ensure airframe designs are manufactured properly from the released engineering CAD data.

With Quality Planning Environment, quality engineers are able to generate plans based on design and manufacturing data in Vistagy's Syncrofit software for developing airframe assemblies and from Fibersim composites engineering software. Further, information embedded in the CAD software can also be linked to quality plans, including dimensions, geometric tolerances (GTOLS), and specification tree data or information contained within external databases. The quality plans generated conform to the AS9102 standard and may be exported in a variety of formats for use in downstream systems.
