  • Capturing the seat architecture by digitally defining seat styling and soft-good requirements—including trim cover surface, sew lines and hardware—and automatically sharing detail across all seat engineering teams;
  • Designing seat cover pieces and digitally simulating how a cover fits over the seat based on deformation properties of the chosen materials, foams and frames;
  • Developing seat manufacturing data and automatically generating exploded views of adjoining flat pattern pieces with the click of a button;
  • Generating and sharing documentation and reports automatically, such as bills of materials, for process planning and manufacturing.
